I think people don't like to spend the shipping. They see an auction with shipping and immediately dismiss it. It's still only a few bucks! It's still a steal! I spent 2200 on the other one, but it had free shipping.

Another thing a lot of people do is offer free shipping after so many credits are bid. Basically, if people want it bad enough to pay lots of credits but not shipping, they can. However, if you don't get enough credits to warrant it, they pay it. It usually works.
