The tablet was bought online through eBay. A warranty from the seller will be provided (as noted in description). It is a one year warranty.

I am to NOT tech savvy. Would this work like a lap top? I have never owned any but my deck PC and I am looking for something I can take camping to check emails send messages and play games. F&W

It is not exactly like a laptop but you can check email, surf the internet, etc. just as you can on a laptop. You will need a WIFI connection if you want to take this camping though. Your camping area would have to have WIFI made available or you obtain a service contract through your cell phone company. I suggest a Google search to see the difference between a laptop and tablet and a search about WIFI connectivity as I am not a technical expert. Good luck!

It is WIFI ready. You just have to have a Wireless connection in your home or place that you choose to use it. If you want to have Internet all the time everywhere you go, you'll have to work with your phone company on a plan. The tablet is ready to go. You just have to be in a place that has WIFI.

The iPad Minis are Apple designed and more expensive; therefore higher quality. This obviously can't compare to the Minis, but is a great tablet that allows you to do most of what the Minis do.
