They have 3 speeds you just slide them on to your feet or hand turn them on and feel the relaxation of a massage one of them the zipper is broke but they both do work I'm sending one of them with batteries. They take 2 AA Batteries. If you like these I have 2 posted for the back of the lower legs. GOOD LUCK

If you notice in the pictures the Black band it stretches to fit any size . Thanks For Watching
