This is a new tablet of Strathmore Watercolor cold press, block. This heavy weight paper has a professional grade, cold press surface which is ideal for mastering watercolor techniques. the tablet has 15 sheets measuring 9" x 12". I bought this at Hobby Lobby for 12.99 and never used .

Highes bidder is responsible for the shipping via Pay Pay.

If you would like to check with your locall post office for the shipping cost this will be mailed from zip code 74426 and it weighs approx. 1lb without packing.

I will not ship out untill item and shipping has been paid for.

I only ship out once a week and that is on Monday's.

If you are picking up locally I will meet you at the police station. This is to protect myself.

How do you plan to package this because the paper is 12 inches and if the package goes over 12 inches the shipping cost increases
