I'll bet you this is a real person and a legit auction. For those that say it's not look at the signs, they are verified for more than facebook, the auction has free shipping, and the person is answering questions, and has added pictures when asked to. I'm watching and bidding. When I win I'll let you know it's true by giving them awesome feedback.

@ Seller Why have you taken the PS3 apart? I see where on the pic of the bottom its missing where the rubber pieces go that cover the screws? Have u had a issue in the past and a need to take it apart?? Those rubber parts that go over the scews dont just fall off..Not in my Experience with any game system, unless taken off to un screw to take it apart..

And to the person up top, YES THE PS3SLIM HAS BLUE RAY!! LOL, Thats one main reason people choose PS3's, over Xboxes.. IT DOES HAVE A BLUE RAY player!!
I have one myself.. NO this PS3SLIM can NOT PLAY PS2 games..

Only the PS3FAT (ORIGINAL PS3) That came out had backward capability, even if u download that PS2 app from the store, its not gonna play PS2 games..

Only the 40GB AND 80GB old school very first PS3's did that... You can Mod the system to run PS3 games, but u have to understand alllot of stuff to do it.. Its not worth it IMO.. Sorry for my Long comments but im trying to help everyone out who seems clueless.

I have had some issues over my 3 years+ time here, not many, but i Have never EVER EVER lost my points.. The winner Does not get the points credited to his account soon as the auction is over, Thats not how it works, He has to WAIT until the winner gets the PS3 and everything he said he is sending...

AGAIN SELLER IF U WANNA SHOW YOUR LEGIT, AND THE PS3 WORKS, PUT YOUR LISTIA NAME ON A SHEET OF PAPER HOOK IT UP TO A T.V. AND SHOW THE SYSTEM RUNNING. ALSO SHOW THE GAMES AND CONTROLLER U said your sending with this package.. Take a Pic of all that and I 100% AM SURE it will drive the points up a hell of allot more by the time it gets close to the auction being over.. Plus it shows your not FOS showing a PS3 of a friends, or some pics u found of one on the internet somewhere...

So you can take my advice and if your not trying to pull a scam that just will not turn out good in anyway for you, I suggest you Put up the Pics the way i mention..

Show that it doesnt have the YLOD etc etc.. You also need to add more in your description, Like the part about Its a 320GB PS3 and it comes with a few games a n controller..

All you guys are giving the guy BS, DONT BID!!! Go buy a refurb from gamestop or something.. Its Like this, YOU CANT GET SCAMMED ON LISTIA!! Only difference i see in the Pics, is the first one he had it on a Table and the other 2 he had it placed somewhere else... I have been here 3 years and its easy to spot out fake auctions, But what It looks like from ALMOST ALL NegAATIVE comments is you think if you WIN his auction and he does not send it, Your scammed.. YOUR NOT!!! He does not get ANY OF THE WINNERS points Until the Winner Gets the PS3 and clicks the "GOT IT" button (which is after the auction is over) So here is some ADVICE for Winner and seller, Seller, If you wanna bring in more bidders and Points, U need to Put a sheet of Paper with your Listia name by the system, Also you say it comes with cords ,games and a controller, U need to take a Pic with all that In ONE picture, and ALSO SHOW The system Hooked up and working on a T.V., And Lasty to the seller, When you send it to the winner, MAKE SURE TO HAVE A TRACKING # FOR IT! Since its somewhat heavy you will make out by paying less by using a Priority flate rate Box,Includes the tracking.

TO the Winner, When you WIN(IF YOUR NEW and dnt know how all this works) You are not in no way gonna Loose your Points, When you WIN, The Points are taking from your account and put into ESCROW, Until you get the PS3, Also if you get it and it doesnt work, you send it back to him, if he wants it, if it didnt work, and you get your points returned..

ONLY WAY You can get scammed is by sellers doing auctions where u have to Pay for the shipping, And if everyone used PAYPAL like listia says to do, No one could get scammed out some shipping money.. But...........Many just send a Money order, western Union or whatever to the seller, and then they never send the item, so you get your Points back but you lost your shipping money.
