The listing, 10 Presidential & Historical Commemorative Coins - Mint! has ended.
Produced to honor our nation's past presidents, these medals are part of a continuing series. Like all medals produced by the U.S. Mint, these bronze duplicates (90% copper, 10% zinc), or "List Medals" are only produced with an authorization from Congress. For more information including price and availability, you can visit http://catalog.usmint.gov/medals/presidential/
My husband bought these while on a business trip in Washington D.C. at the Federal Reserve Gift Shop.
There are 5 different coins (2 of each) for a total of 10 coins. They are uncirculated, mint and have never been removed from the cellophane which is stamped US MINT.
The medals include:
- William Jefferson Clinton inaugurated January 20, 1993
- George Bush inaugurated January 20, 1989
- Thomas Jefferson 1801
- The Department of the Treasury 1789 (back is stamped National Historic Landmark October 1972)
- Bureau of Engraving and Printing (Department of the Treasury)
I abide by Listia's rules and only ship to verified addresses via USPS with tracking.
These are from a smoke free, pet friendly home.
