These earrings were made and sold by the Post Office. The larger pair is dated 1982, the smaller pair is not dated. They are gold toned and the designs are enameled. I have had them since I bought them from the Post Office, but never wore them. If I remember, they cost $15.00 a pair then. I'd like for someone to have them who will wear and enjoy them.

The larger pair show the Michigan 20 cent stamp featuring a robin and apple blossoms. Michigan state flower and fruit. The robins feathers and the apple blossom petals are all outlined in gold. The stamp part is 1-1/4" long. French wires.

The smaller pair features the 25 cent Love stamp, a pink rose aganst a green background. Very pretty with the rose petals all outlined in gold. The stamp part is a bit over 1/2". French wires.

On the back of each earring is the makers information and 'United States Postal Service'. That is how you know these are genuine earrings from the Post Office and not knockoffs.
