This is a 3-piece set of really cute Elmo toys. They are used but in great condition. The phone has a few scuffs on the back from play but nothing major. They still have lots of life in them. The phone sings and talks when you press its numbers. The eyes on the phone also open when you it. It sings "LaLaLaLa Elmos world..." The volume is low on it, Its been that way since we bought it. I checked all the phones at ToysRUs and they were all that way. Kinda nice that its not loud. The remote control says all kinds of things when you press its numbers and it has buttons to change channels and to turn the volume up and down. This is a great alternative to letting the kids play w. the real remote. The key ring has 2 keys on it, 1 w. Ernie's face and the other w. Bert's face on it.
