it does not need a disk. Your operating system should already have the correct drivers on it to allow this to pic up wifi.

More thaan likely you will need to goto their website and download the correct drivers if you are running XZP - win 7 should do it for you. - nice item, it does have the antenna , yes?

you can get an antenna almost all antennas fit and they are really cheap this hardware is about 30 bucks new and you can get an antenna for about 5.
