One big blue Denise Austin yoga ball. Yoga ball holds air very well, I put air in it and had it in my office for the last two weeks and it did not loose air. When you do put air in it you have to make sure the white button is in nice and tight. There are some marks and discolorations but still fully functional. Great tool to start your new year out right and work out at home. This item with some good youtube workout videos would be great!

Do keep in mind I will have to take the air out to ship it so you will need to figure a way to put air in it when it arrives. One good idea to do that if you have one is air at your local gas station or you can try blowing it up but that will be somewhat of a workout in itself =).
