Same as title. NOT real gold, but the metal is of good quality, is in excellent condition, and is made by Crown (TM). Attached to a strong, red, white, and blue grosgrain ribbon. Fleur-de-Lis symbol is in the center of the medal.

Also, I've had this medal, and others like it, for YEARS now, and the metal has not tarnished AT ALL. Both the tone and the engraved design/writing have stayed in PERFECT condition. I wish rose gold tone jewelry items were as durable. Also, It hasn't required cleaning, of any kind, like most jewelry items require.
