Auction is for a reinstall disc for any dell that had windows 7 home premium 64-bit. this disc is not to install windows 7 on any pc but to reinstall windows 7 home premium to a dell that had it, has crashed, got viruses, or etc.

This disk will re-install Win 7 onto your Dell system. The key is not needed (it is embedded into the setup). As long as your Dell is a 64-bit system, it will re-format your system and install Windows 7.
