They're pretty. But not vintage. They're only 35 years old and vintage is 50 years or older, but not 100 years which then would fall into antique. F & W....

No Rick that is incorrect. I own a shop and deal in a lot of vintage/ antique items. Anything over 25 years old is considered an antique. Vintage is considered anything from prior decades. Could be vintage 1980's or 90's - but if Vintage from 1990's it wouldnt be considered an antique because not 25 yrs old or older. If you google antique & vintage you will find I am correct - over 25 years of dealing with vintage and antique items - so i try to be very accurate. :) Hope that clarifies things. If antiques had to be 100 years old to be considered an antique - antique shops would have no stock. Even cars anthing over 25 yrs old qualifies for an antique plate. I am into cars too. lol But i like your thinking!

Just double checked and googled it and yes we both are actually correct! In the past antique items were considered to be items 100 years old or more. However, as of later years (now) an antique item is anything over 25 years old inc cars. Just read a few articles online about it. So thanks YOU taught me something I never knew. I am a very inquizitive person so you sparked my couriosity. :)

Thank you Victoria, I love learning new things and you enlighten me as well. I love almost anything antique of vintage. My beautiful collections are used to help seniors & the elderly with Alzheimer's & other dementia's in reminiscing. The memories that are shared sometimes brings laughter, tears, sadness, but most of all joy to families as their Mom or Dad remember a cherished memory they have but Mom & Dad didn't seem to have any more.
