They look circulated. I wish I can tell you more. I purchased them from the First Commemorative Mint Inc. from one of their catalogs. Don't remember what was said in the catalog.

I thought maybe it might say on the coa. Could not tell for sure from the photo, but they did look kinda like they were circulated. Regardless, they are still very nice collectible coins! Well worth owning! Thank you very much I appreciate it!
