this is an ipod 3g, it is jailbroken. Im new to this and my item was deleted before because of "not enough info" im sorry if i dont get to you as soon as you might like with answers to your questions but i promise to get back to you as soon as i can with as much INFORMATION as i can.

Great auction! I'll be watching, but just a few tips. Verify your account as much as possible. Facebook, twitter, phone in the very least. People are always skeptical when it comes to high priced items. Although with listia it's not that big of a deal, because it doesn't send the points until it says "Received items". But still something to be conscious of.

actually they never made an 8gb for 3rd generation they only made 32 and 64 gbs check online

just to clarify a little better jailbreak allows u to modify your iPods software so u can basically do anything u can imagine possible on the like for example make the skin of safari different have a different music skin different wifi signals at the top where it says iPod you can change it to whatever u want or have say AT&T or something like that plus you get movie downloads free from movies that are still on theaters if you install the right programs and you can get any app in the app store for free
