you will get a confirmation or tracking number. Both can be tracked, difference is tracking can be tracked by postal and customers, confirmation can only be tracked by postal.
Some items are sent regular postal No tracking. I will decide how the item is sent based on winners feedback.

Yes sometimes 5 to 20 days. I live in Canada so if someone wins that lives in Canada they will get it within 5 - 10 days. If you live in USA sometimes you get it within 5 to 7 days but sometimes it can take up to 20 days because customs can and will hold items as long as 10 business days. So this is why I say it can take 5 to 20 days for you to get that item once I mail it. I Mail items on the same day that you win the auction or the next day after.
