Pretty much brand new. Only thing wrong with it is the screen underneath the touch screen is cracked. Phone turns on but the screen stays black. You can take it to the local AT&T store and have it fixed for $20.

Even without insurance, they'll fix it? Because that's the only reason I haven't gotten my phone fixed is because I figured they wouldn't without insurance. But this is the phone I wanted in the first place and chose a different phone that sucks. lol.

Turns on and will be sent. Like the descriptions says, the screen turns on but the screen inderneath the touch acreen ia broke. Phone turns on screen stays back.

Yes, the screen can be fixed. And it has a sim card so Im pretty sure it can only be turned on with AT&T. Its a newer phone. This phone put the iPhone to shame.
