This is nearly a new cell phone...It is a Nokia #2610, AT&T GO PHONE. Capable of web browsing, mobile email, instant messaging. Rollover balance.
This is pretty neat phone, used only for about a week while my phone was being repaired. Original packaging, charger, and manual.
All you have to do to activate it, is purchase a GO PHONE REFILL CARD, call AT&T and activate.

i believe your correct. i think you just switch the sim cards, and re-activate, but, i am not 100% sure on this.

Yeah, if its a regular go-phone, that's all I should have to do. Where we live in NJ is just a bad cell area. Seems like everyone here has problems with dropped calls no matter which carrier they have!

for the person that asked if they needed to buy a airtime card The only way you would need to buy new card is if the other phone u have does not have any airtime. All you would have to do is place the sim card out of your phone into this one. If the phone seems to be having problems with the net or making calls call at t and tell them u need to change the phone on your account to that new phone.
