Either size 7 or size 9 (I have both) but the one that is size 7 can fit size 6-8 and the one that is size 9 can fit 8-10 as you can see there is no closing to the ring so it's easy to adjust

The easiest way to get verified you have to go to http://www.listia.com/account/verify this is the easiest way to do it that i have found havent been able to figure it out using yhe listia app..... hope this helps...
