it has a pencel thingy with it and comes on when i put 2 batteries in it , i think its some kind of dictation thing ? daily planner ? iam not sure , here it is and if you know what is, let me know ok :-)

it's a older model PDA - Personal Digital Assistant. Before "smartphones" this is what people used. It did pretty much everything "smartphones" do today, except make phone calls. The one I use is an HP Pocket PC, but they're basically the same.
