Drum roll please! Here are some measurements . . . open collar width is 10 1/2 in. . . approx. Shoulder width is 21 in . . . seam length measured from under arm to bottom is 16 in . . .seam to seam width across bottom is 23 in gathered loose elastic with extra center material to blouse out really nice. . . complete length from top shoulder to lower elastic is 28 in. . . I hope this helps. Please let me know if I need to measure a different way or if I've missed a measurement you need. Thanks for being so patient!

It is roomy but the way it's made I would say it will definitely fit a size 16. Although with the slit left after it is tied in front you may be showing some sexy cleavage! Lol. It would look really nice though.
