This auction is for one free download (code) of an Episode ("Workout 1") from the Jillian Michaels' Beginner Shred series ($12.99). This is a great download to have saved on an iPad/ iPod to squeeze a quick workout into your busy schedule. The episode can be redeemed on iTunes and was a Starbucks App Pick of the week.
