This is a self warming cap that uses body heat to condition hair. I got it from Sally's Beauty supply. It is brand new.. The other listing that I have for the foils are also from Sally's Beauty Supply.

Is this one reusable? I bought one from Sally's and it was a one time use but the bag didnt say that

It does not say on the bag that it is. It just says Evolve Conditioning Cap. The website for the product is firstlinemfg.com. Maybe there is more detail there. I guess it may also depend on how hard you use it. lol
