I have a Dell inspiron mini made in 2013 Windows xp. My shipping rule is if you don't have the shipping money to me and don't have the address varified, I will not ship. I don't do PayPal. Happy bidding.

u do not need a bank account for paypal if you are just using the funds to buy postage. You can buy postage online at usps.com and use paypal as payment method. I have done this myself and it works.

what is the service tag number? Is on the bottom of the laptop. I can look the laptop information with the service tag number.

Is 2013 when you got it? This was not built in 2013 because they Discontinued making them May 29, 2009 per dell web site. It has windows XP that is right.

I looked at dell.com and entered service tags from 10 of these with Windows XP and the latest this could have been made is 11/18/2009 in 2013 they did not use Windows XP on thse they used Windows 7
