The listing, 1877 English Grammar School Book Teachers Students has ended.

With a black leather bound edge, this 1877 (preface is dated) is missing 2 inside pages and and an index page in back but all other pages are in tact and solid. Hard cover book of 250 pages must appeal to teachers, English majors, grammar students! Such proper English! It replaced the book of Progressive Grammar first published in 1872. This book preface noted publication 1877. Some pencil writing by students on back and front inside covers. Cover is is fair-good condition for age, is a red cloth and the edge bound in black leather. Front & back covers in tact. By Swinton. Published by Harper's Language Series. Would your favorite English teacher like this book? Just a student of English who wants to teach? LMBO. I read the last photo, and I am confused as all Get Out!!!! My 10 year old son would never get this, or am I reading it incorrectly? Is it a book for teachers in school? That would make sense?
