Yes...it's when someone likes your auctions and list you as a fan to keep that person in mind for future bidding. Underneath the persons screen name there is a tab to fan or un-fan if you have already. Hope this helps :)

To clarify "un-fanned if you have already", meaning in the event you decide to remove yourself as a fan from that person.

To clarify further...I simply fanned you because you made a bid on this auction.
you can choose to fan back or not when people fan you.
Oh and you earn fan badges as well when people fan you.
