This should be fun. Starting with a small glass vial of scrap gold 14k. Without the jar the gold weighs 1.3 grams. I will call it 1 gram to give room for error in my gold eye; ) largest and heaviest piece is stamped and 90 % I am positive is solid 14k.... and a silver mercury dime from 1945.I have a fair collection of both coins and jewelry this could be a great his and hers lot if he is a collector and she likes to shine. If any items included are not fine jewelry it will be noted. See my feedback and past auctions;) i am aware bieng listia verified would possibly increase the bids recieve, again check my feedback. I know the scrap value changes but today 1 gram of 14k scrap gold recieve if selling price is roughly 14 to 16 dollars per gram actual melt value about 24 dollars. 1 gram scrap solid gold and a silver mercury dime estimated at 75 cents scrap value (thats a personal guess on silver scrap price) so @15000 credits next items will be added a silver coin and iether 925 silver or gold solid fine jewelry. ok...just so i get it straight...cuz i know bids will shoot up and i believe i want to be one of those bidders...the pictures posted are def. items received at those amounts posted in pics in the end? and for sure-those at 75k? because it's def. worth 75!! sorry it didn't go as you planned...it def. would have been fun if it worked out, but i know in my auctions too-it's last seconds that get the bids. if you did this type of auction again then posting decided items at certain amounts from beginning might work. but prob. most people don't want bids tied up all week-i know it stinks! ok, sorry to ramble...so last question, should it get over 100k, are there any coins or anything that will be added that are not currently pictured or described? ty kindly for you response!! this really is a great auction!!
