look at main pic.if u notice the bottom right it shows whats inside of them. u open the pill and there is a little scroll of paper for you to write a message on then give to someone or some people just use for scrapbooking or they write messages and collect in a jar for daily inspirational messages to self :) here is a youtube link that shows it I found for ya
