you can take 205 S to foster rd. then turn west toward downtown and you will see Fred Meyer at 82 st.

the box back says Windows 95/98 required. Will it even work in Windows Vista or 7?

Most windows programs are backwards compatible older software other than dos should work on vista and 7 or 8
