These are Bluetooth headphones, they also have a jack where you can plug in the included cord. You can connect them to your phone, laptop or any other device that has Bluetooth. You can also make calls with them, they have a pretty good microphone. I do not know if game consoles have Bluetooth so i couldn't tell you if they would work with games.

They are Bluetooth headphones. So if PS3 has Bluetooth it will work. As far as the mic, it does have one. :)

I know some Bluetooth ear buds or head phones are only able to use when talking on the phone but won't allow you to listen to music through your android phone. Can you also listen to music or just take calls?
