This really is a very beautiful and stunning ring. I gave one to my daughter for Christmas. She used a ring adjuster that you can get at Walmart (online) for just a few dollars. You can't even see the sizer when she has the ring on. That's a very easy and inexpensive resolution if a size 6 is too big. The silver is thin, if you have to get it made larger.
