no, its a Heart Locket Purfume Solid Ring.. Also its a stretch ring so it should fit just about all finger sizes. The heart opens like a locket would.. and inside is a wax like purfume (purfume solid), that u can apply throughout the day, from BeBe. =].. no question is dumb either luvvie.. u dont know unless u ask..
