The listing, BLU Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit has ended.

Near new starter kit of the popular e-cig. Has case, charge cable, car adapter and 4 batteries (I couldn't get one battery to get charge so they sent two replacements). Alas, while I still have four of the five carts that came with it, they are not included per Listia. GIN offers welcome.

So is this there new and improved version, that so many people are having issues with? I just saw another one listed and that poor woman has I think pulled every hair out her head! I felt so bad for her...

I have no idea and no idea how to tell. I would have to go with not as it was purchased last August, I'm just finally getting around to listing it. Was a piece of cake for me. Charge a battery, put the cart on it, and away you go.
