Description

The listing, 3 M.A.C. COSMETICS EYESHADOWS has ended.

3 M.A.C cosmetics eyeshadows 1. Silver pigment, 2. Olive Groove,3. Maroon pigment. All 3 are stunning colors. They have never been used. I have so much make up and a lot of stuff that I have never even opened. The Maroon pigment is missing the inner plastic. When I brought it home I must have thrown it away but I never even tried it. and the Olive Groove looks more like a light brown/gold to me. its really pretty. The Silver pigment looks more like a deep gray. The 2 pigments will probably last you for years. If you use a blending brush they are great for smokey eyes. If you only use whats on the lid, that should be enough for both eyes. I used to be a make up artist so if anyone has any questions on how to use them just let me know. k. good luck and happy bidding. One more thing, the lid of the sliver pigment has a little smudge on it, you can see that in the picture. doesn't effect the eyeshadow.thanks 5 day auction

You should list the empties, I was thinking about doing the same thing

2 problems with that... 1st I have to empty out the rest of whats left inside of them (being lazy) lol and 2nd idk if anyone would understand what they are..i love going to MAC and getting my free stuff tho. just went the other day and turned in 12 empties and got 2 lip glosses. thats like $30 in make up. they used to have it where you could get ANY lip gloss you wanted but they limited that to just lip glass now...still its way cool of them to do. So even if someone didnt want any of these colors in my auction they would only be 3 items away from getting a new piece of make up for free...hmmm idk maybe i'll put some on...idk yet... take care

Since you are a make up artist, can you recommend any websites that have good tutorials on make-up application and use of different brushes? I feel like my make-up looks dull the way I apply it.

hmmm, never really looked at one, but I can tell you that if you go to a make up counter and ask them to show you how to use a blending brush on your eyes or to put on your make up they totally will show you..hands on..MAC is really good about that, but heres the secret, walk into the make up place of your choice and wait for them to approach you, if you ask them, they might charge you, so if you ask them questions after they see "if you need any help" they will show you whatever you want. heres one tip..get some good brushes, they make a world of difference, and when you get some let me know and I can give you some instructions..otherwise this message could go on for days..lol

I didn't know that they sometimes charge to show you how to use the products. I currently have a special edition set of MAC brushes that I use (brush, foundation, concealor, flat liner, and blending). I think my problem is that I feel like I'm applying a lot of color, then when I look at pictures of myself it looks like I'm barely wearing any eye makeup. I've also been using E.L.F. shadow lately so it might just be that it is not a good quality product...

ok so take your blending brush, and swirl it quickly in your eyeshadow, heres the key- tap your brush, either on your sink faucet or where ever to get the excess powder off the brush, then start at the outer corner of your eye and do little swirls and start bring it in closer to the inner part. I always use a cream color right under my brows and when you combine the 2 you can either get a nice soft blended shade or a smokey eye effect.depending on the color you use. I wish I could show you what I mean, it literally takes me 2 minutes to do my eyes and I seem to get compliments daily. a mom at my sons camp commented on how great my make-up looked today. its always nice to hear.I think circular motions in your eyes and when applying blush or bronzer work out the best. I hope that helps, idk if I'm explaining it good or not. do you know what i mean? let me know if you try it k...

OMG yay!! it worked!!! so happy for you...it totally makes a big difference plus you have some great brushes and that helps alot as well..so glad I could help...take care, also if you use powder, it comes out alot smoother if you use a nice big brush instead of using the pad it comes with...

Wow..that is really expensive. I still to USA all the time. Could you not just ship by stamp in a small bubble envelope with a international stamp or two? I have these size pigments and know it should be able to fit in them. Sorry for all the questions..

oh i see what you mean. i wonder how many stamps that would take. do you have any idea, whats an international stamp? whats the diff between a regular stamp and an international?
Aug 15th, 2011 at 5:48:52 PM PDT by

It might be different in the states. Our international stamps are about $1.22 each so I usually just put two of those of my 'larger' US packages.. larger being, DVD's, dolls, etc.
