Awesome details, do you think it was cleaned?

For a coin being 101 years old and showing wear on it, liberty's inner ear sure is clean. The "9" looks to be dented after minting and the markings on back (upper right) looks like it was arced or shorted out by some kind of electrical current. This is my personal grading. Overall still a nice looking coin.

What do you mean? I took a closer look at this coin, good pictures I can zoom in using iPad. I noticed the dirt on edges of the letters around the front, there's a little here and there, but in center where her ear is that voided hole was clean, same as other pits and scares on it look clean. Me believing it was cleaned. The "9" in the date has taken a blow of something heavy, but not as heavy as a press hit when struck.
The "u"and"I"in United have also have markings but not as heavy as what caused the mark over the "9". And the spot on back could of been caused by something electrical, or a "spark" maybe from ultrasonic jewelry cleaner.
In no way pointing fingers at anyone. You said to grade it, so I did for my own opinion. No ill will about your auction or the coin. It is a nice coin and I may bid on it just because it looks good.

its possible that it has been cleaned I don't know it could also be where you see the dirt is where people have touched it
