DIRECT SEEDING:
Warm climate gardeners may direct-sow tomato seeds outdoors if they have 120-150 days of frost-free weather. Sow seeds 30 to 48 inches apart in a row with the rows spaced 48 inches apart. Seedlings emerge in 7-10 days at 70-75 degrees Fahrenheit.

INDOOR SEEDING/TRANSPLANTING:
Start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last spring frost. Keep moist and under good quality light. Place containers in a south facing window or under grow lights until seedlings emerge.

HARVEST:
Indeterminate varieties bear fruit continuously till frost. Pick tomatoes when they are as ripe as possible--they should be fully colored and firm; pick regularly to avoid overloading plants. When you know there will be a frost, pick all the almost-ripe tomatoes you can, and ripen them in brown bags or spread on newspapers at room temperature.

STORAGE:
Some cultivars can store for months. Store only sound fruit, at 50-60°F.

These are not GMO tomatoes. They are an open pollinated cherry variety that breeds true when isolated from other tomatoes. Wikipedia has it listed under their heirloom species. [source]: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heirloom_tomato

According to Gmo-Compass (a GMO watchdog site) there are no commercially grown GMO tomatoes on the market in the US, currently. Unfortunately that doesn't mean commercially available tomatoes aren't still hybridized for "keeping quality" and appearance rather than taste and texture. And they're still harvested way before the tomatoes are ripe which is why you'll never get a supermarket tomato that tastes as good as the ones you plant yourself!
