This is BRAND NEW! It does not have a seal. I bought these wholesale!! :) I like this stuff! If you've never tried it, now is your chance!

Warning: This stuff has a strong tingle the first time you use it! It doesn't hurt, but it was definitely a shock the first time i applied mine, lol.

For me it made a difference mainly on my upper lip. :) Feel free to ask any questions!!

good thing about this product, is that it gives your lips shine without looking wet like most glosses do..... this is a great product ladies... every girl needs one for her lttle black bag lol.... good luck with your listing hon... i have one and i love the gloss without the wet look
