This is a mint condition iPhone 4s 16gb for use with AT&T carrier however this phone does have a iCloud lock , so it is for parts! Other then that no cracks or scratches and fully functional, any questions feel free to ask

I don't think so, I'm not really sure how the iCloud thing works , I'm a android owner, never got into iPhones , Google it.. Lol

Yah just do not reset the phone. Once you reset it--- the phone can not be used at all. ((On wifi)). If you don't reset it, it can be used for wifi as a iPod.

At&t would have nothing to do with the icloud lock. If the phone has the icloud lock on it, it would have to be disabled by Apple, or taken off by the original owner. Technically icloud won't stop you from activating an already set up phone, unless for some reason it resets the device. If it's in the setup process and asks for cloud info, then the device is useless without the icloud password. Still good for parts, as mentioned.

Cant you take it to a ATT store and maybe they can unlock it from Icloud? You need to call Att or go down there to see if that can be done.

Ok imma tell you guys how Icloud lock works on iPhone to help you out. If its locked i recommend not to reset the phone just keep it how it is as a IPOD you can do everything but call and text. As long as you have house wifi or where ever you are ok.
