This GREAT auction is for a BRAND NEW 5-7 pc set of fancy feathers for your nails. EASY to apply. There's 12 colors to choose from. You give me the color you want when the auction is over. To apply you need a clear top coat, any color finger nail polish you want to use, the feather, & a pair of thin scissors. To apply, first you paint the nails & let it dry. Then put the feather on the nail any way you want it, apply top coat, cut off excess feather & file; (save or throw away), apply a second top coat, let dry & you're finished. Here's a list of colors.
