The listing, Gold and Jade Stud Earrings has ended.

Pair of stud earrings: real gold (I don't remember what karrot) and real jade.

Earrings are USED. They were my great grandmothers. They have been sterilized with peroxide.

One of the backs is not the original. (Sorry.)

ljschmidt- They are real jade. I have many family heirlooms, especially from my great-grandmother. Parting with these does not bother me. I hold close to memories, not objects. :) I would rather see someone wearing them and enjoying them than have them stuffed in a box somewhere for me to forget about.

ljschmidt - I wanted to correct my statement. I am 95% sure they are real jade. She told me they were, and she would have had no reason to lie to me, but I suppose there is still that small chance they are not. They certainly look real. But on the off-chance someone would take them to a jeweler and get them examined, I would hate to have them turn out to not be real. So I'm putting out that disclaimer as to avoid any hard feelings. I hope that was helpful.
