The listing, Size 8 Amethyst and White Topaz Sterling Silver Ring * BNWT * has ended.

This Auction is for a Semi-Precious Amethyst Gemstone with White Topaz accents set in. 925 Stamped Sterling Silver Size 8 Ring. The Focal Stone is a 1 ctw Marquis Cut Amethyst with small clear/white Topaz of set on Either side of the stone with the Band Fanning in three different "waves" that go to a single "flat band" in the back. Make sure to flip through all 23 pics to see the .925 Stamp on the inside of the band. This is BRAND NEW with TAGS and another remainder from my brick and mortar shop.

Is it plated sterling silver or just sterling silver alone?

Please feel free to check out all my listing as you will notice that when something is Silver toned I tell you exactly what metals are in the mix. Also please feel free to check out my feedback as I have literally given away hundreds of pieces of Sterling Silver and nary a complaint. Also then you don't have to take my word for it you will have the word of others who have been given my pieces before. Also things that are not stamped should not be anything but .925 Sterling Sliver. All Silver that is used to make jewelry is .925 Sterling, or in other words has to have just a tiny bit of another metal in it most commonly copper. So it consists of 92.5 percent silver and 7.5 percent copper otherwise it would be too soft to hold it's shape for a ring much less a fork or spoon. =) Not everyone uses copper as their mix metal but it is (in my experience the most effect and easiest/cheapest to buy in Ingots if you plan to do a lot of pieces. It is also the best metal for mixing with it so it not only makes it harder but lets it keep it's silver color. I hope I didn't bore you with my Sterling Silver trivia. Also please be aware that all Silver tarnishes which is why you always see British Maids "polishing the sliver ware." =) If they didn't they would have Stainless steel which is what most of us use these day but was not around and available at that time.
