Is the lining thick? Would this be a good jacket to put on to go outside when it's cold? I guess I'm asking if this is a winter jacket or more for fall or spring?

I would say the lining is thin. This would probably be better in the fall or spring but it depends how cold it is where you live I suppose. Hope this helps! :)
