The listing, MYSTERY GIFT CARD AUCTION has ended.
I have loaded 3 Walmart gift cards with one 10.00 another with 20.00 and the last with 50.00. I mixed them up and labeled them A ...B...C.. I myself do not know which has what. Winner gets to choose which one to receive- A...B.. Or C good luck and let the odds always be in your favor.Gift card will be mailed to the winner
Questions & Comments
ok,and thank you,i will leave you alone, don,t mean to be a pest
I think it is a great idea. Everyone who bids is aware that s/he is taking a chance. Besides LISTIA ALLOWS MYSTERY AUCTIONS as long as bidders are aware of the possibilities as the high bidder. (Listia has only banned blind mystery auctions) In this case, majority loves your creativity!! Including Me~!! FWB
i am sorry but i do have a question,if the first member wins the $50.00 card, what is to keep them from telling others, that they won that one? and only the $10 & $20 card is left. you are a lot braver than me,sounds like this will turn out with a lot more unhappy people than happy, just for them only to complain to listia,
once the winner selects which card to receive...that auction is over(there can only be one winner).when i ship the card to winner,I will ask them to let me know what amount they received and I will replace that particular amount if I choose to list it again. All that depends on how well this auction concept works out.
I must say, i do agree with what you are saying, and i do gamble, myself .but i do it mostly at the casino , when i have money for entertament, i would not go at a store to buy hamburger and hope the butcher gives me steak. And that is what i would do with this card. but others may find this fun,and good luck to all.
you can scratch the back of the card to reveal the 16 digit number and call the number on back of the card before you go shopping. Also another possibility is using the card on your purchase and the cashier will deduct that amount.either way you get the amount on the card.
please be assured that all amounts listed are in fact loaded as I stated. My 100% rating should account for my creditworthiness.I have given away all the amounts mentioned many times in the past and I thought this would be a really cool idea for an auction. If anyone has any reservations than my advice is simply not to bid.I wish everyone the best of luck...and happy bidding.greatpapa, thank you for being a fan and good luck
i see you are a great member with a 100%,rating ,but these also look like stickers that can be removed an switch, would be better if you were to scratch them on
i would be glad to win a card from you,but why would anyone throw away their credit,on a chance, when you can get , the for sure thing, that is listed elsewhere? I would think you are going to lose out,if you give away a $50.00 card, when any smart person would only bid to the $ 10.00 card
You may want to check with LISTIA,listia rules that you will see on thier page,of listing auction rules, states that you may not list a item unless you aer sure if it is what you say it is.you cannot list 50.00,and give $10.00
