The listing, 1961 Topps #1 Roger Maris has ended.
1961 Topps #1 Roger Maris Card is in near mint shape. Very difficult to find in this good shape. This is the historic year of his legitimate 61 home runs. Look on Ebay and see that it is expensive.
Questions & Comments
I am fully aware of what the cards value is. The problem is what the value is versus what you can get in real life for the card. Good luck getting your "thousands" you would be very lucky to get a fraction of that on the open market.
very nice card, and you got alot of good bidders on it,dont let the negative comments, get ya,most of them never have more than 98 percent pos. feeback any ways, goodluck everyone
Your'e getting all the heavy hitters on this one tully, the 62's are one of the most popular sets and this is # 2 on the list after Mickey, and his only books for another 100. I hope it gets ya 20 g's. It's well worth it.
At the end of the day a card is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. Find the right collector and an average ordinary card is a gold mine to them. I would like a 1946 maris though. That would be nice.
This card books for $400 in near mint condition and even in exmt or ex condition it is worth a lot of money!Good luck to you on your auctions tullydog...& thanks for the response!
