1x Long Black Dress NWT

Brand- Peruvian Connection

Full length, long sleeve black dress with, interesting fabric designs on the front. I am 5’4, held up in front of me it hits about 1 inch above my foot. (My tape measurer is not long enough) The dress size is 1X, I would assume true to size. Laid flat, arm pit to arm pit, about 19 inches. The material does have some stretch. **Note, this item has been in storage for over a year, and has some little clear stringy looking things on it, but has never been worn and the little things some off with a swipe of the hand.**
