I don't know what verified means, but I appreciate your feedback because I'm new on this site and haven't gotten the works of it all down yet. I don't know how to get more credits or fans. I'm just trying to figure it all out.

It's 9 1/2 in wide by 9 1/2 in long. The strap is adjustable for shorter lengths or to hang it lower around your waist.

Yes it can. I took a picture to try and show that but idk how to put that with it. I clicked on the little camera icon but it only tries to get me to list another item. Anyway yes you can use it that way. The strap can be let out pretty far.
