I suppose money order would work if that's what you needed to do...I'd rather not do free shipping. The book is pretty thick and I'm hoping the amount I put covers it...I can go see how much this'll be to ship. I could take less if it ends up costing a little less.

i believe the flat rate large shipping envelope which i've used to ship game guides before with the addition of the game, should only be around 5.97 that is typically the flat rate for something like this.
