Most of the time yes, but a lot of people will get on here and try to negotiate. I'll do 4000 GIN and pay $5.00 even for shipping. I've been looking for one of these for about 8 years now, and just now seen yours. I had one looked just like it with turquoise beads in the middle of the brackets. And lost it way back when. So when I saw yours, I jumped on it.

and to get to the 4000, you could edit your starting bid and shorten the days. or do the GIN option if it lets you.
