Are there any marks, scuffs, or tears and are they real leather? Do they run true to size or are they smaller or larger than size? TY

All leather on outside, inside man made material that does come apart in creases. I tried to take pictures but all came out too dark. These boots r in great shape. I would not of put them up if they were gonna fall apart. They have been in closet for a few yrs, but look at heel,,very little wear.
