Sterling Silver Garnet Cross. This was purchased for me for my birthday but replaced by a larger one. I haven't worn this much and it is extremely beautiful. Chain is 18" long.

Garnets are Dad and older brother. They were both born in January a day apart! Red is my absolute favorite color, so any garnets listed here (especially set in sterling silver) I snag if I can! :D

the chain, absolutely....I see something inside the bail, I'm almost positive it says .925. It you happen to bid and win and decide it isn't , I will most definitely refund your points, but I'm almost positive. Because it was a gift to me and not a cheap piece. I don't have my contacts yet, so it's difficult for me to read such fine print.

In comparison to a coin would you say it is closer to a dime or a quarter? Very pretty.

3/4 by 1" long. It's just a tad bit larger then a nicket. Not as big as a quarter, larger then a dime. Hope that makes sense. LOL
